  • Starting out, I was over 210lbs and miserable. After my first 6 weeks of Basecamp I had lost a quick 20 lbs bringing me down to 190lbs and I felt great! Unfortunately life got a little crazy and I took some time off from the gym but still was keeping up with some of what we did in basecamp. I dropped another 10lbs.

    I have so much more energy throughout the day. Having a loose plan for nutrition goals has helped me reduce any decision fatigue/anxiety I was having around food and meal prepping. It's made life a little simpler in the way of knowing what goals I am trying to accomplish and striving to do so every day rather than aimlessly guessing and hoping for results.
