Assessment

This is a comprehensive 1-on-1 full body assessment with a coach. We take time to understand:

  • Your current movement capacity: joint by joint

  • Your exercise & lifestyle history 

  • Your short and long term goals

You’ll go through a Functional Range Assessment with one of our certified Coaches, discuss what’s held you back before, and identify exactly what success looks like for you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Why it matters:
We don’t guess. We assess. This phase ensures we’re chasing the right goals, the right way.

Build

Refined movement. Full effort. Big energy.
You’ve got the skills, the habits, and the confidence. Now, if it’s the right fit, you can plug into our large-group classes—still rooted in intelligent design and coached with intention.

  • Generic results—whether you’re chasing strength, conditioning, or just showing up consistently

Your Vision and Your Plan
Using everything we learned in your assessment, we design a short-term 1-on-1 coaching phase focused on:

  • Addressing mobility deficits

  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching (when relevant)

  • Building Strength & conditioning that aligns with your goals

You’ll meet with your coach regularly, receive some combination of personal training, nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, and begin establishing the structure and rhythm that future success depends on.

This is where you will make the most progress—learning how to move well, fuel better, and think long-term.
