Nutrition coaching is a structured, supportive process with consistent check-ins and ongoing communication. You’ll meet with your coach weekly or bi-weekly, depending on where you are in your plan. Sessions can happen in person or remotely.

The focus is always on building sustainable systems, not enforcing rigid rules.
