This past weekend, I spent time with Coach Andre & Coach Jorden diving into continuing education. The focus? Assessments—understanding exactly where you are, so we can create a plan that gets you where you want to be.

Here’s what our assessment clarifies:
Your current physical capacities – Using the Functional Range Systems Assessment, we evaluate every joint.
Your lifestyle & habits – We look at your exercise history, daily routines, sleep, and nutrition.
Your goals & outcomes – Whether it’s strength, weight loss, pain relief, or energy, we define what success looks like for YOU.
But Nate…Why does this matter?
We believe that in order to properly support your ideal end result, we have to know you. It’s really difficult to coach someone without knowing what they are working towards, what they desire and who they are.
